INGREDIENTS :
(A)
 200 g red onions
 5 cloves garlics
 100 g fresh red chilies, deseeded, cut into 3 parts
 5 bird eyes chilies (option)
(B)
 80 g cooking oil
 50 g anchovies (Ikan bilis), soaked and washed
 100 g fermented durian flesh (Tempoyak)
(C)
 50 g stinky beans (petai), skin remove and halved
 2 pcs turmeric leaves, sliced fine and thin
 50 ml water
 ½ tsp salt

COOKING METHODS :

- Add Ingredients (A) red onions, garlics and red chilies in the mixing jar.
Select preset mode R - “SMOOTHIE “ Auto Settings Timer : 30 Seconds / Speed: 10

*Caution: lock the measuring cup.

- Add Ingredients (B) cooking oil, ikan bilis and fermented durian flesh. Sautés until aromatic.
Settings: Timer: 10 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C

- Add Ingredients (C) petal, turmeric leaves , water and salt. Continue to sauté.
Settings: Timer: 2 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C

4

- Serve hot with rice.
