INGREDIENTS :
(A)
 2 cloves garlic (peeled)
(B) Spice
 500 ml water
 2 pieces lemongrass (bruised)
 2 pieces tamarind slices
 2 pieces red chillies
 1 cucumber
 ½ tsp turmeric powder
(C)
 500 g squids
 salt to taste
(D) Garnish
 Coriander

COOKING METHODS :
1

- Place (A) garlics into the mixing jar to chop.
Settings: Press TURBO 2 Seconds

or place in advance preparation of chopped garlics.

- Add (B) Spice Ingredients to boil.
Settings: Timer: 6 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C

- Add (C) squids and salt to cook.
Settings: Timer: 4 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 100°C

- Garnish with some coriander on top and serve!
