INGREDIENTS :
 500 g minced meat , 80% lean 20% fat
 30 g corn flour
 30 g tapioca flour
 5 g soy sauce
 10 g chicken stock
 1 egg
 30 g water
 10 g corn oil or cooking oil or olive oil
 10 g sugar
 2 g five spice powder
 1 inch of ginger
 3 cloves garlic
 a stalk of spring onion juice , tumbuk and extra juice only estimated 5g
 5 g shaoxin cooking wine , optional for Muslim and replace with sesame oil (omit for halal)
 1 g Ground Red Yeast Rice , optional

PREPARATIONS :

- Clean and cut the meat to 1.5cm and frozen it if using whole piece of meat like chicken tight or beef .
make sure 80% lean 20% fat or 60%lean 40% fat also can

COOKING METHODS :

- Pour all meat to mixing jar , cover jar lid.
Settings: Timer: 15 Seconds / Speed: 9

- Pour out the minced meat.

- Change to Kneading Blade.

note* if you use minced meat then start at Step 4

- Weight the above mentioned ingredients and seasoning.
- Weight the ingredients one by one in the mixing jar to show the exact value on the LCD screen.

- Pour the minced meat into the mixing jar with kneading blade.

- Turn to Knead Mode.

you will notice the mixture become sticky and gluey.

- Prepare the non stick baking tray or grease the bowl or any container, transfer 2 tbsp (at a time) of minced meat to the prepared tin or bowl or container, use a spoon to gently press it downwards to avoid trapped air.

- Use aluminium foil to cover the top. Gently press to fit.

- Turn to Steam Mode.
Settings: Timer: 40 Minutes

- Cut and ready to serve.
Notes * however my suggestion is to slice to piece , dip in beaten egg, pan fry and a few drops of Maggie Seasoning to enhance the taste.
