INGREDIENTS :
 400 g fish
 1 strand of coriander
Sauce
 5 cloves garlic
 3 pieces chillies padi
 2 tbsp calamansi juice
 1 tbsp fish sauce
 1 tsp salt
 1 ½ tsp sugar
 1 tbsp cooking oil

COOKING METHODS :

- Place the clean fish onto a piece of aluminum foil and lay it in steamer. Set asides.

- Place the garlics and chili in the mixing jar to chop.
Settings: Press TURBO for Timer: 3 Seconds

- Scrape down and add in the rest of ingredients to continue sautes.
Settings: Timer: 4 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Transfer the dish and keep warm.

- Add 500 ml water into mixing jar. Stack the steamer on the lid cover.
- Select preset mode R- “STEAM “ Adjust Timer : 15 Minutes / Temperature: 120°C

- Garnish with chilies, lime, spring onion and coriander.
- Serve hot with rice
