INGREDIENTS :
(A)
 2 cloves garlic, chopped
 2 tbsp cooking oil
(B)
 8 medium size prawns
 220 g broccoli
 50 g carrots
(C) Mix the Sauce
 100 ml water
 1 tbsp light soy sauce
 1 tbsp oyster sauce
 ½ tsp sesame oil
  tsp pepper
(D)
 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
 1 tbsp Shao Xing wine (omit for halal)
Garnish
 Sesame seeds
 Spring onion

COOKING METHODS :
1

- Place in garlic into mixing jar and chop. Press TURBO 2 Seconds

- Add in cooking oil into mixing jar to saute.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add prawns, vegetables, and mixed sauce. Then continue sautes.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add cornstarch + water into mixing jar at the last 1 min cooking time.

- Add shoaling wine (optional) and continue sautes.
Settings: Timer: 30 Seconds / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Transfer into serving plate and garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions.
