1 tsp cornstarch
(B)
2 tbsp taucu (bean paste)
2 red chilies *options
35 g garlics
50 g ginger
1 tsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp sour plum sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp oil
For steaming
800 ml water
Garnish
1 stalk coriander, cut
COOKING METHODS

- Wash and dry pork ribs with kitchen towel.
- Mix with cornstarch.
- Add in all the (B) ingredients and mix well.
- Keep in the refrigerator to marinate for 1 hour.

- Add 800 ml water into mixing jar and stack on steamer on the lid cover to steam the chicken.
- Select preset mode R "STEAM" Auto Settings Timer : 30 Minutes
Notes: You can use Tuya apps preset mode , select SIMPLE CHEF then steam

- Remove the dish from the steamer.

- Ready to serve, dress with coriander.
