INGREDIENTS:
(A)
 1 tbsp oil
 8 cloves garlic , smashed
(B)
 600 g pork belly, cut
 50 ml water
 1 tsp five spice powder
 10 rock sugar
(C) Spices & Seasoning
 1 cinnamon stick
 3 star anise
 1 tsp peppercorns
 3 pieces licorice
 100 ml chinese cooking wine
 100 ml light soy sauce
 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
 1 tsp salt
 1000 ml water
(D)
 ½ packet tofu puffs, halved
 5 boiled eggs

COOKING METHOD
1

Prepare hard boiled eggs
- Place the eggs in the mixing jar
- Add water cover the eggs and boil.
Settings: Timer: 14 Minutes / Temperature: 100°C

-Place in a bowl with cold water and set-asides.

- Place 2 tbsp of oil, add in garlic, star anise and sauté.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed 1 / Temperature: 120°C

Notes: You can use Tuya apps preset mode , select SIMPLE CHEF then sautés

- Add in 50 ml water, pork belly, five spice powder, rock sugar, continue sautés until the rock sugar dissolve.
Settings: Timer: 7 Minutes / Speed 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Install the butterfly whisk.
- Add in water and all the spice ,and seasoning ingredients and bring to boil.
Settings: Timer: 40 Minutes / Speed 1 / Temperature: 100°C

- Add in boiled egg, tofu, cover with lid and slow cook.
Settings: Timer: 10 Minutes / Temperature: 90°C

6

- Serve with white rice or man tou
