Su's Cookbook
INGREDIENTS :
(A)
 50 g cooking oil
 1 yellow onion, sliced
 Salt to taste
 Black pepper powder
 ¼ fresh lime juice
(B)
 2 stalks lemongrass
 3 tbsp dry chili paste
 1 tomato, cut
 1 anchovy stock cube
 1 tbsp fish sauce
 150 ml water
 Sugar to taste
(C)
 6 green chili
 8 cherry tomatoes
 150 g pineapple, cut into small cubes
 80 g semi-ripen mango, sliced
 3 kaffir lime leaves, julienned
 14 prawns, medium size (shell, deveined)

COOKING METHODS :
1

- Add in oil and ingredients (A) to saute.
Settings: Timer: 6 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Set asides.

- Add all ingredients (B) , then saute until there's no more raw smell.
Settings: Timer: 8 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add ingredients (C) to cook
Settings: Timer: 4 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Serve with hot rice and enjoy !!!
