INGREDIENTS :
 200 g white chocolate
 395 g condensed milk
 220 g caster sugar
 125 g butter
 40 ml glucose
 4 tsp Queen Vanilla Bean Paste
 2 tsp Vanilla Extract

COOKING METHODS :

- Add white chocolate in mixing jar to chop.
Settings: 5 Seconds / Speed: 9

- Reserve the chocolate in a bowl for later use.

- Add condensed milk, chopped butter, sugar, and glucose into mixing jar to cook.
Remove the measuring cup

Settings: Timer: 8 Minutes / Speed: 3 / Temperature : 100°C

- Scrape down the mixing jar being careful not to drip any condensation into the fudge.
- Continue cook without measuring cup.
Settings: Timer: 20 Minutes / Speed: 3 / Temperature : 110°C

- Add the reserved white chocolate and both types of vanilla into mixing jar to mix.
Settings: 10 Seconds / Speed: 4

- Repeat this process until the chocolate has melted and is combined.

- Pour the fudge into a lined square 20 x 20cm tin or slice tin, refrigerate until set
- Slice the fudge into squares.

Tip
Make sure to cut the fudge prior to refrigerating.
