INGREDIENTS :
 3 g black truffle
 1 clove garlic
 ¼ tsp salt
 ¼ tsp cracked black pepper
 1 egg
 50 g lemon juice
 300 g mild flavoured oil

COOKING METHODS :

Preparation
- Wash and rinse the truffle in the simmering basket.

- Add in garlic, salt, pepper, egg and truffle into mixing jar to chop.
Settings: Timer: 3 Seconds / Speed 9

- Scrape down the sides of the mixing jar with spatula.

- Attach butterfly whisk.
- Place the lid on the mixing jar with the measuring cup.
Settings: Timer: 2 Minutes / Speed: 4

- Slowly drizzle the oil and lemon juice onto the lid alternating between the two as the motor runs.
- Keep gradually adding the oil and remaining juice over the 2 minutes until it is fully combined.

- Pour into a jar and store in the refrigerator.

Notes :
- Store the Truffle aioli in the fridge until needed.
