INGREDIENTS :
(A)
 3 Thai Chilies (to taste)
 1 red chilies
 5 cloves garlic
 2 tbsp cooking oil
(B) Chicken & Sauce
 300 g chicken
 1 tbsp oyster sauce
 1 tbsp soy sauce
 2 tsp fish sauce
 1 ½ tsp black soy sauce
 2 tbsp water
 1 ½ tsp sugar
(C)
 340 g long beans, cut 1cm
 ½ small onion, diced
(D)
 2 bunched of basil leaves

COOKING METHODS :

Mince Chicken
- Freezer the chicken for 30 minutes to harden for more consistent mince. Cut the meat into cube 2-3 cm. Chop the chicken.
Settings: Timer: 8 Seconds / Speed: 5

- Set-asides.

Sauce
- Combine and mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Set-asides.

- (A) Place garlics and chilies , press TURBO 2 Seconds

- (B) Add oil, minced chicken and sauce in the mixing jar to saute.
Settings: Timer: 6 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- (C) Add onions and long beans from the lid cover hole, continue to saute.
Settings: Timer: 2 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- (D) Add basil and continue sautes.
Settings: Timer: 1 Minute / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

7

- Serve with white rice.
