INGREDIENTS :
 3 tbsp vegetable oil
 1 shallot, finely chopped
 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
 2 pieces ginger, thinly sliced
Marinade Beef
 500 g Tenderloin Beef Slices
 1 tsp soy sauce
 1 tsp oyster sauce
 1 egg white
 ½ tsp ground pepper
 1 ½ tsp cornstarch or tapioca starch
Seasoning Sauce
 ¼ tsp ground white pepper
 1 tbsp oyster sauce
 1 tsp light soy sauce
 1 tsp fish sauce
 1 ½ tsp sugar
 30 g water
Vegetable
 200 g broccoli (1 small head) cut into florets, slice the stems

PREPARATIONS :

- Cut beef on the bias (on an angle) into thin 2 to 3 inch-long strips and place in a bowl.

Marinade Sauce
- Place the beef in a bowl, then add oyster sauce, soy sauce and white pepper; mix well. Add egg white and cornstarch, then mix well, making sure all pieces of beef are coated in the marinade. Let sit at least 20 mins.

Seasoning Sauce
-Combine all sauce ingredients together, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Set asides.

COOKING METHODS:

- Install blunt blade

- Add vegetable oil, shallot, garlic, and ginger into mixing jar to sauté.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add the marinated steak into mixing jar to sauté.
Settings: Timer: 10 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add broccoli and stir-fry sauce into mixing jar, then continue cook until have softened but still retain some crunch.
Settings: Timer: 4 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Stir together cornstarch and water mixture.
-Add cornstarch-water mixture to liquid and stir to thicken sauce. Then stir-fry everything together.
Settings: Timer: 20 Seconds / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Serve with rice. Thai chili sauce also can be served on the side for those who like it extra spicy.

Notes
- If not salty or flavorful enough, add more fish sauce until desired taste is achieved. If too salty for your taste, add a squeeze of lime or lemon juice. If not sweet enough, add a little more sugar.
