INGREDIENTS :
 500 g lamb steak
(A) Spice
 cooking oil
 2 cloves garlic
 5 cloves shallots
 4 kaffir lime leaves, crushed
 3 stalks lemongrass
(B) Paste & Seasoning Mixture
 2 tbsp thai chili paste
 2 tbsp tom yum paste
 ½ tsp palm sugar
 black pepper
 1 tbsp fish sauce
 1 tbsp oyster sauce
 1 tbsp light soy sauce
 1 lime juice
 8 pieces red chili
 6 pieces green chili
 5 kaffir lime leaves, julienned
 3 tbsp water

COOKING METHODS :
1

- Place Ingredients A oil, garlic, lemongrass, lime leaves and shallots to sauté.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C

- Add in lamb. Continue sauté.
Settings: Timer: 15-20 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C

- Add in ingredients B into mixing jar and mix them well.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C

- Transfer into serving plate and serve with rice.
