INGREDIENTS :
 250 g caster sugar
 50 g maple syrup
 50 g unsalted butter
 2 tsp vanilla extract
 2 tsp sea salt
 500 g heavy cream
 100 g full cream milk
 4 eggs

COOKING METHODS :

- Add sugar to the mixing jar and press TURBO for 2 Seconds

- Add in the maple syrup, butter and vanilla, then sautes.
Settings: Timer: 15 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 110°C / Heat power : 5

- Add in the salt, heavy cream, milk and mix.
Settings: Timer: 30 Seconds / Speed: 5

- Add eggs one at a time through the lid hole.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 4 / Temperature: 80°C

- Transfer to airtight container and freeze.

- After 3-4 hours when partially frozen, remix to give a creamier consistency.
Settings: Timer: 1 Minutes / Speed: 5

- Return to cold tin and freeze for up to 12 hours before serving.

Notes: It is helpful to place frozen ice cream in the fridge for about 20 minutes prior to serving.
