INGREDIENTS :
 2 vanilla pods
 600 g full cream milk
 200 g heavy cream
 180 g sugar
 6 egg yolks
 Pinch of salt

COOKING METHODS :

- Add sugar to the mixing jar and press TURBO for 2 Seconds

- Split the vanilla pods lengthways and add the rest of the ingredients in the mixing jar. Then mix.
Settings: Timer: 9 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 110°C

- Transfer your ice cream mixture to an airtight container and freeze for a minimum of 6 hours before serve.

- If you like smooth texture, add in the mixing jar.
- Select preset mode R - “SMOOTHIE “ Auto Settings Timer : 30 Seconds / Speed: 10

*Caution: lock the measuring cup.

- Repeat for finest texture.

- Transfer to airtight container and freeze for minimum 6 hours.
