INGREDIENTS :
(A)
 700 g chicken, cut into 3cm
 1 tbsp ginger juice
 2 tsp light soy sauce
 1 ½ tsp curry powder
 1 ½ tsp turmeric powder
 1 tsp sugar
(B)
 200 ml coconut milk
 200 g potatoes, peeled and cut into large cubes
 150 g carrots, peeled and cut into large cubes
 100 ml water
 30 g cooking oil
 2 pieces onions, peeled
 1 tsp salt

PREPARATIONS :

- Marinate all the ingredients (A) together for 60 Minutes

COOKING METHODS :

- Add in cooking oil, potatoes, carrots and onion into mixing jar to saute.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Dish out and set asides.

- Add in marinated chicken and place the potatoes, carrots and onion back into mixing jar (on top of the chicken)
- Add in the rest of ingredients (B) to cook.
Settings: Timer: 15 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Serve it with white rice.
