INGREDIENTS :
 600 g Thickened cream
 220 g sweetened condensed milk
 310 g crunchy peanut butter
 ¼ tsp salt
 120 g choc bits
Topping
 2 tbsp chopped peanuts
 Chocolate Ice Magic, to taste

COOKING METHODS :

- Add the cream, condensed milk, peanut butter and salt to the mixing jar. Mix
Settings: Timer: 10 Seconds / Speed: 3

- Scrape down the jar and ensure *NO peanut butter has stuck to the bottom of the mixing jar.
- Close the lid cover without measuring cup to beat.
Settings: Timer: 20-30 Seconds / Speed: 3

Watch through the hole and ensure the creme not over beat. You can pause and stop the machine half way

- Pour the ice-cream into a metal loaf tin and sprinkle the choc bits over the ice-cream.
- Freeze for overnight.

Notes
- If you want to serve the ice cream with a scoop remove the loaf tin from the freezer 10 minutes prior to serving. The nutrition information is given for the ice-cream component only, not toppings.
