INGREDIENTS :
 325 g raw peanuts, toasted
 5 tbsp peanut oil
 1 tbsp butter
 ½ tsp sea salt, more to taste
 20 g brown sugar or coconut sugar (optional)

COOKING METHODS :

TOAST PEANUTS
- Toast the raw peanuts in the oven 180°C for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Transfer the toasted peanuts to simmering basket, toss it and tap side of the basket to filter out the skins. (Not to mess up, toss it in the basin)
- Set-asides. Let it cool completely.

- Place all the ingredients into the mixing jar to grind.
- Select preset mode R "SMOOTHIE" Auto Settings Timer : 30 Seconds / Speed: 10

- Scrape down sides.
- Repeat if you like more fine textured.

- Continue to mix.
Settings: Timer: 20 Seconds / Speed: 4

- Transfer the peanut butter to a jar or other container and cover.
