INGREDIENTS :
Fish Marinade
 340 g grouper fish fillet
 1 tbsp light soy sauce
 1 tbsp garlics, minced
 2 tbsp orange juice
 ½ tsp black pepper
Orange Sauce
 1 tsp ginger powder
 1 tsp red pepper flakes
 50 g brown sugar
 1 tbsp honey
 60 ml orange juice (blend with flesh)
 4 tbsp rice vinegar
 2 tbsp soy sauce
Stir Fry
 3 tbsp cooking oil
Starch Water
 1 tbsp cornstarch
 2 tbsp water
Garnish
 1 stalk scallions
 sesame seeds

PREPARATIONS :

Marinade Fish:
- Cut the fish into cubes and marinate the fish with all the ingredients.

Orange Sauce:
- In a small bowl, whisk together all the sauce ingredients.

COOKING METHODS :

- Install Blunt Blade.
- Add cooking oil and marinated fish into the mixing jar to sauté.
Settings: Timer: 2 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C

Notes: photo showed for 2 serving of 170g fish

- Add in orange sauce into the mixing jar to continue sauté until sauce is thickens.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C

Notes: Saute for 2 minutes if reduce to 2 serving

- Add in starch water mixture to stir.
Settings: Timer: 20 seconds / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C

- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped scallions.
