INGREDIENTS :
Pasta
 225 g linguine
 1200 ml water
 1 tsp salt
 3 tbsp olive oil
(A)
 2 tbsp olive oil
 30 g unsalted butter
 4 cloves garlic, minced
 1 tsp red pepper flakes
 570 g large shrimp, peeled
 salt to taste
 pepper to taste
 1 tsp dried oregano
 35 g baby spinach leaves
 25 g parmesan cheese, grated
 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Garnish
 2 tbsp lemon juice
 1 tsp ground black pepper

COOKING METHODS :

Preparations
- Clean prawns, slit the back and remove the vein and shell.
- Set-asides.

Pasta

- Add water, salt , olive oil into mixing jar.
- Close the lid cover and add in pasta through the lid hole to cook.
Settings: Timer: 20 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 110°C

- Drain the pasta using the large steamer.
- Set-asides.

- Add in olive oil, butter, garlic and crushed red pepper into mixing jar to saute until fragrant.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 100°C

- Add in shrimp, salt and pepper to taste into mixing jar. Continue sautes.
Settings: Timer: 10 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature : 120°C

- Add in oregano and spinach. Cook until wilted.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature : 120°C

- Return cooked pasta to the pot, add parmesan, and parsley. Stir until well mixed.
Settings: Timer: 2 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 110°C

- When the shrimp are cooked, quickly give everything a good stir with spatula and cook.
Settings: Timer: 2 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 110°C

- Serve hot. Drizzle with lemon juice and black pepper.
