INGREDIENTS :
 1000 ml water
 100 g sago pearls
Mango Puree
 600 g mango flesh
 400 g mango juice
 350 ml water
 150 g evaporated milk
 3 tbsp sugar
Condiments
 2 mangoes, peeled and cut into small cubes

COOKING METHODS :

Sago Pearls
- Pour 1000 ml water into mixing jar and bring to boil.
Settings: Timer: 7 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 100°C

- Add in sago pearls to cook.
Settings: Timer: 12 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 100°C

- Once cooked, drain through a sieve with running water to remove excess starch. Set aside.

- Place mangoes and water into mixing jar to puree.
Settings: Timer: 20 Seconds / Speed: 10

- Add in the cooked sago pearls and the rest of the ingredients to mix.
Settings: Timer: 1 Minutes / Speed: 2

- Transfer from mixing jar, place in the mango cubes and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
