INGREDIENTS :
 100 g dark chocolate, cut in small pieces
 50 g pure cocoa powder
 400 g full cream milk
 200 g whipping cream
 100 g sugar
 4 egg yolks
 1 pinch salt (optional)

COOKING METHODS :

- Add in dark chocolate into mixing jar to blend.
Settings: Timer: 5 Seconds / Speed: 8

- Scrape down with spatula.

- Add in the rest of ingredients together into mixing jar to cook.
Settings: Timer: 8 Minutes / Speed: 4 / Temperature: 80 °C

- Transfer your ice cream mixture to an airtight container and freeze for a minimum of 6 hours before serve.

- If you like smooth texture, add in the mixing jar.
- Select preset mode R - “SMOOTHIE “ Auto Settings Timer : 30 Seconds / Speed: 10

*Caution: lock the measuring cup.

- Repeat for finest texture.

- Transfer to airtight container and freeze for minimum 6 hours.

- Serve with desired toppings.
