INGREDIENTS :
Fish Paste
 150 g fish meat
 2 tbsp corn flour
 1 tbsp water
 1 tsp salt
 ½ tsp sugar
 ½ tsp white pepper powder
Tofu Mixture
 50 g sandwich harm, cut small
 40 g carrots, peeled and cut into small cubes
 10 g spring onion, cut small
 3 tubes Japanese tofu
 2 dried mushrooms
 1 egg
 1 tbsp corn flour
 ½ tsp salt
 ½ tsp white pepper powder

COOKING METHODS :

- Place carrots into mixing jar to chop.
Settings: Press TURBO for Timer: 3 Seconds 

- Add in sandwich ham, spring onion and mushrooms to chop.
Settings: Press TURBO for Timer: 2 Seconds 

- Remove chopped ingredients from mixing jar and set asides.

Fish Paste

- Without washing mixing jar, place everything into mixing jar to mix.
Settings: Timer: 30 Seconds  / Speed 4

Tofu Mixture

- Return chopped ingredients into mixing jar. Add in all the other ingredients to mix.
Settings: Timer: 10 Seconds / Speed : 4

- Lined parchment paper in the small steamer.
- Pour tofu mixture into a steamer and use spatula to smoothen the surface.
- Pour 500 ml water into mixing jar and stack the large steamer and place the small steamer onto.
- Close the lid and steam.
- Select preset mode R- “STEAM “ Auto Settings Timer : 20 Minutes / Temperature: 120°C

- Surface of tofu should be set.

- Remove the steamer. Let tofu cool down completely before removing it from the steamer.

- Place the tofu on the chopping board.
- Cut tofu into preferred square shape and size. Lightly coat each piece with corn flour.
- Set asides the coated seafood tofu for 10 minutes before fry.

- Heat up a pot of cooking oil on medium high heat. Deep-fry the tofu pieces until golden brown.

- Serve with chili sauce.
