INGREDIENTS :
To Fried Chicken
 550 g chicken (cut into 10 pcs)
 1 tbsp turmeric
 1 tsp salt
 250 ml oil
(A)
 8 shallots
 3 cm ginger
 4 cloves garlic
 6 pieces dried chillies(seeded & soaked)
 4 tbsp vegetables oil
 2 tomatoes- cut into 4
 3 tbsp tomato sauce
 150 ml water
 Salt to taste
 50 g gula melaka/1 pc nisey Kelantan

PREPARATIONS :

Fried the chicken
- Marinate chicken with salt and turmeric powder to fry until half cooked.
- Set asides.

Dried Chili
- Soak dried chilies in hot water for 20 minutes.
- Drain the water.

COOKING METHODS:

- Place the shallots, ginger, garlics and dried chilies in the mixing jar to chop.
Settings Timer : 15 Seconds / Speed: 10

- Add in oil to saute until aromatic.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add fried chicken, tomato, tomato sauce and water.
- Add the salt and gula melaka into mixing jar at the last 1 min cooking time.
Settings: Timer: 7 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 100°C

6

- Transfer into a serving dish. Garnish with coriander.
- Serve hot.
