INGREDIENTS :
 340 g dried udon
 1 chicken breast, skinless, boneless
 1500 ml chicken broth or water
 115 g mushrooms, thinly sliced
 1 tbsp fish sauce
 salt to taste
 pepper to taste
 115 g baby spinach
Garnish
 2 green onions, thinly sliced
 fried shallots
 sesame oil

COOKING METHODS :

Prepare for Udon

- Soak the udon for 12 Minutes and rinse a few times until the water is clear and udon have become soft.
- Divide into 4 bowls.

- Add in chicken broth and chicken breast into mixing jar to cook.
- Select preset mode R "STEAM" Auto Settings Timer : 15 Minutes / Temperature: 120°C

- Transfer out the chicken and use fork to shred. Then divide into 4 portions.
- Place on top of udon in each bowl.

- Add in the rest of ingredients except baby spinach into the chicken broth. Continue cook.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 100°C

- Place a baby spinach on top of udon in each bowl.

- Pour the broth soup and mushrooms into each bowl.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and fried shallots. Drizzle with a few drops of sesame oil.
- Serve immediately.
