INGREDIENTS :
To Fried
 700 g range chicken
 30 g cooking oil
 salt to marinate
 turmeric powder to marinate
(A)
 7 cloves garlic
 2 shallots
 4 tbsp oil
 3 tbsp chili paste
 2 stalks lemongrass
 curry leaves
 150 ml water
 1 tbsp soy sauce
 ½ tsp chicken stock
 1 tbsp chili sauce

COOKING METHODS :
1

Fried the chicken
- Marinate chicken with salt and turmeric powder to fry.
- Set asides.

- Place the garlics and shallots in the mixing jar to chop.
 Settings: Press TURBO for Timer: 2 Seconds

- Add in oil, chili paste, lemongrass and curry leaves to saute.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add water, soy sauce, chili sauce and chicken stock into mixing jar and continue saute.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

5

- Add in the fried chicken, then continue cook.
Settings: Timer: 10 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 110°C

6

- Transfer the dishes into serving plate, and ready to serve with hot rice.
