INGREDIENTS :
(A) Fry Prawns
 3 tbsp cooking oil
 10 large prawns
(B) Combination
 3 tbsp cooking oil
 4 tbsp dried shrimps, chopped
 6 cloves garlic, chopped
 80 g roughly chopped shallots
 170 g pressed tofu (1 square piece), cut into small pieces
 6 tbsp Finely chopped SWEET preserved daikon radish
 1 tbsp Dried chili flakes
(C) Pad Thai Sauce
 60 g palm sugar
 6 tbsp water
 8 tbsp tamarind paste (dissolved in water)
 4 tbsp fish sauce
(D) Noodles, Vege
 230 g rice noodles, soaked
 500 g bean sprouts
 20 stems garlic chives, cut into 4cm pieces
Garnish
 80 g roasted peanuts, chopped
 garlic chives, sliced
 lime wedges
 chili flakes

PREPARATIONS :

Preparation For Rice Noodles
- Add in noodles and water in the mixing jar to boil until they are limp but still firm and slightly crunchy.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Temperature: 110°C

- Remove and drain the noodles and rinse well with cold water to prevent sticking in the simmering basket.
- Set asides.

Pad Thai Sauce:
- Mix Sauce in small bowl.
- Add more sugar if too sour or more tamarind if too sweet.

COOKING METHODS :

Ingredients A :
- Add cooking oil and prawns into mixing jar to sauté until fragrant.
Settings: Timer: 2 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 120°C

-Set-asides

Combination ingredients B :
- Add cooking oil, dried shrimps, garlics, shallots, tofu, sweet preserved daikon radish and dried chili flies into mixing jar to sauté until fragrant.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add the noodles and pad thai sauce in the mixing jar to sauté.
Settings: Timer: 2 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add the beans sprout and garlic chives in the mixing jar and continue sautés
Settings: Timer: 1 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 120°C

Garnishes and condiments for serving :
- Fresh cilantro, roasted peanuts, limes , garlic chives and reserved fried prawns.
