INGREDIENTS :
(A) Sauce
 30 g oyster sauce
 1 tbsp soy sauce
 ½ tsp ground pepper
 4 tbsp water
 1 tsp of cornstarch
 ½ tsp sesame oil
(B)
 4 cloves garlic
 1 medium-sized onion
(C)
 75 g carrots
 75 g green beans
 75 g snow peas
(D)
 40 g wood ear mushrooms
 500 g fried tofu
 1 medium-sized red bell pepper

PREPARATIONS :

Sauce
- Combine and mix all the (A) sauce ingredients in a bowl. Set-asides.

COOKING METHODS :

- Place in ingredients (B) garlic and onion. Press TURBO 2 Seconds
- Scrape down the sides.

- Then saute.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Attach butterfly whisk in the mixing jar.

- (C) Add carrots, green beans, and snow peas. Then sautes.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- (D) Add wood ear mushrooms, tofu and bell pepper. Stir-fry until vegetables have softened but are still bright.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minute / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Serve with rice.
