INGREDIENTS:
(A)
 2 cloves garlic. chopped
 2 tbsp cooking oil
(B)
 8 medium prawns
 220 g broccoli, separated into florets
 50 g carrot
(C) Sauce mixture
 100 ml water
 1 tbsp light soy sauce
 1 tbsp oyster sauce
 ½ tsp sesame oil
  tsp pepper
(D)
 ½ tbsp cornstarch , mixed with water
 2 tbsp water
 1 tbsp Shao sing wine (omit for halal)

- Place in garlic and cooking oil to chop. Press TURBO 2 Sconds.
- Scape down jar then setting for sautéing.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C / HP: 4

- Add prawns , broccoli ,carrot and sauce mixture to sauté.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C

- Add cornstarch mixture during the last 1 minutes through the jar lid's hole. Then add the Shao Xing wine (option)

- Serve hot with white rice.
