INGREDIENTS :
 3 cloves garlic, chopped
 1 tbsp vegetable oil
 5 baby bok choy
 25 g shrimps , peeled
  tsp salt , to taste
 ½ tsp Mushroom seasoning powder
 1 tbsp wolfberries , soaked

COOKING METHODS :

- Place garlics in the mixing jar and press TURBO 2 Seconds

- Add the oil and sautés.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C / Heat Power: 5

- Add shrimps, baby boy choy, wolf berries, salt and mushroom powder and continue sautes.

Settings: Timer: 2 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

Notes:
I. Set 3 minutes for double the serving size.
II Do not overcook your vegetables. They should retain the vitality and crunchiness.
