INGREDIENTS :
(A)
 2 piece big boneless chicken
 2 tsp oyster sauce
 2 tsp soy sauce
 1 tsp salt
(B)
 8 pieces shiitake mushroom
 60 g ginger, peeled and slice it
 2 tbsp shaoxing wine (omit for halal)
 2 tsp cornstarch

PREPARATIONS :

- Prepare ingredients (B) warm water, add sugar, cornstarch and mix well in a bowl.
- Add mushroom, soak for 30 Minutes until softened, wash the mushroom, drain and dice.
- Set asides.

- Place all ingredients (A) in a large bowl and marinate for 20 Minutes

COOKING METHODS :

- Add all ingredients A marinated chicken and B marinated mushroom and sauce in the steam dish, then place them into steamer large.

- Cover with a steamer lid.
- Select preset mode R- “STEAM “ Auto Settings Timer : 25 Minutes / Temperature: 120°C

- Remove the dish from the steamer.

- Ready to serve, dress with coriander.
