INGREDIENTS:
 4 eggs (room temperature)
 60 g olive oil
 1 tbsp fine sea salt
 375 g flour (Italian milled flour)

COOKING METHODS:

- Install the kneading blade in the mixing jar. Place in all the ingredients and start knead.
- Select preset mode R "KNEAD" Auto Settings Timer : 7 Minutes / Speed: 1
- Select preset mode R "KNEAD" Auto Settings Timer : 3 Minutes / Speed: 2

- Shape dough into a ball and wrap in cling film. Rest for 30 Minutes.

- Cut dough into 6 equal pieces.
- Flatten each piece and flour both sides.
- Roll dough out to your desired thickness
- Use machine or knife to cut into strips of desired width.
