INGREDIENTS
(A)
 4 cloves garlic, chopped
 5 shallots
 1 slice of ginger, sliced
 1 ½ tbsp peanut oil
(B)
 15 g carrot, sliced
 150 g Chinese cabbage
 100 g chicken, cut into thin strip
 100 g prawns, peeled
(C)
 300 g fresh Hokkien noodles
(D) Sauce (mixed well)
 200 ml water
 1 tsp chicken stock powder
 1 tsp shaoxing wine (omit for halal)
 1 tbsp oyster sauce
 1 tbsp light soy sauce
 1 tsp dark soy sauce
 ½ tsp sugar
 ¼ tsp white pepper
 1 tsp cornflour
 Pinch of pepper

COOKING METHODS:
1

- Soak the noodles for 5 minutes and rinse a few times until the water is clear and noodles have become soft.
- Prepare chopped garlics and sliced gingers.

- Add in oil, garlic and ginger. Then saute.
Settings: Timer: 4 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add in (B) ingredients chicken, prawns, carrot, cabbage, start saute.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add in (C) noodles, and (D) mixed sauce, and continue cook.
Settings: Timer: 2 Minute / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

5

- Serve.
