INGREDIENTS
 100 g garlics, thinly slice
 120 g vegetable oil

COOKING METHODS:

- Loosen the bulb, and separate the cloves. Then trim the tips.

- Place the garlics in the mixing jar. Start beat.
Settings: Timer: 10 Seconds / Speed: 4

- Transfer the garlics to a bowl.
- Using chopstick or tongs to pick up the skins.
- Change the blunt blade to mixing blade.

- Slice the garlics.

- Add the oil and start sautes.
Settings: Timer: 20 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Let cool completely, pour into a bottle through a mesh strainer to filter it. Keep the crispy garlic in the airtight jar and store in the refrigerator for 1 month. Garlic oil can use for marinades and add favour to pasta, noodles and dishes.
