INGREDIENTS :
 1 onion peeled & quartered
 2 cloves of garlic peeled
 30 g butter
 500 g fresh brown mushrooms cut into quarters
 50 ml marsala wine (dry red or white) (omit for halal)
 1 tbsp of all purpose flour
 600 ml chicken or vegetable stock
 2 tsp sea salt
 1 tsp black pepper
 100 ml whipping cream
 Chopped fresh parsley and thyme to serve

COOKING METHODS :
1

- Place in onion and garlic into the mixing jar, press TURBO.
Settings: 5 Seconds

- Scrape down sides of the jar with spatula.

- Add in the butter and saute.
Settings: Timer: 2 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 100°C

- Add the mushrooms and blend.
Settings: Timer: 1 Minute / Speed: 4

- Scrape down sides of the jar with spatula.

- Place in the flour and mix.
Settings: 30 Seconds / Speed: 4

- Add the chicken stock and win.
- Select preset mode R - “SMOOTHIE “ Auto Settings Timer : 30 Seconds / Speed: 10

*Caution: lock the measuring cup.

- Select THICK SOUP.

Settings: Timer: 30 Seconds / Speed 10
Then the auto program continues to cook.
Timer: 2 Minutes / Speed: 0 / Temperature: 120°C
Then the auto program continues to cook.
Timer: 30 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 100°C

- Add the whipping cream, thyme, parsley, salt and pepper (to taste), stir to combine then serve.
