INGREDIENTS :
 500 ml water
 ½ tbsp sea salt
 750 g potatoes peeled and cut into 2 cm diced pieces
 2 cloves garlic (optional)
 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
 2 tbsp cream cheese
 Good pinch of salt
 100 ml heavy cream or milk

COOKING METHODS :

- Place in the water and salt.

- Place potatoes into the mixing jar. Attach lid cover and lock the measuring cup.
- Select preset mode R- “STEAM “ Auto Settings Timer : 20 Minutes / Temperature: 120°C

- Rinse and drain the potatoes.

- Place all the ingredients and potatoes into the mixing jar, start chop.
Settings: Timer: 30 Seconds / Speed: 4

- Garnish with chopped parsley and Serve.

Tips:
• Boil the potatoes with cold water and salt, this helps the potatoes cook evenly and tasty.
• Hot milk or cream all the way.
• Drain the potatoes well before adding any other add-ins.
• Make a low-fat healthy version by using skimmed milk, low-fat butter and crème Fraiche.
