INGREDIENTS
 237 ml water
 ½ tsp ginger powder
 ½ tsp cloves
 ½ tsp all spice
 ½ tsp cardamom
 ½ tsp cinnamon powder
 ½ tsp peppercorn
 1 bag black tea (removed bag)
 85 g fresh milk
 1 ½ tbsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)

COOKING METHODS:

- Place in all the ingredients (except fresh milk) and boil.
Settings: Timer: 4 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 80°C

- Add in fresh milk and blend.
- Select preset mode R - “SMOOTHIE “ Auto Settings Timer : 30 Seconds / Speed: 10

*Caution: lock the measuring cup.

- Pour the mixture through a fine strainer to capture and discard cooked spices and tea leaves. Serve hot, mix with honey or brown sugar.
