Baby Ages 4 months +
INGREDIENTS :
 6 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
 120 ml water
 ¼ tsp cinnamon (optional)

COOKING METHODS :

- Add in all ingredients into mixing jar to cook until apples are tender.
Settings: Timer: 15 Minutes / Speed: 4 / Temperature: 90°C

- Let cool slightly.
- Select preset mode R - SMOOTHIES to continue the high speed blending until you receive your desired consistency.
Auto Settings: Timer: 30 Seconds / Speed: 10

*Caution: lock the measuring cup.

- Serve to your baby or freeze for later.

Tips
- Additional Spices: Feel free to sub in these spices instead of the cinnamon for this recipe – pinch of cloves, nutmeg, ginger powder, coriander or 1-2 leaves of fresh mint, 1-2 leaves of fresh basil, a pinch of freshly grated ginger.
