Baby Ages : 6-8 months
INGREDIENTS :
 500 ml water to steam
 130 g sweet potatoes, cubed
 80 g carrots, cubed
 120 g cauliflower

COOKING METHODS :

- Add water into the mixing jar. Close the lid.
- Place steamer large onto the lid cover.
- Add sweet potatoes, carrots and cauliflower into steamer large. Cover with steamer lid to steam.
- Select preset mode R - STEAM and run the auto setting : Timer: 20 Minutes / Temperature : 120°C

- Remove the steamer. Reserve 50 ml water and discard the remaining water.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes.
- Add all the steamed ingredients to blend.
Select preset mode R - SMOOTHIES to continue the high speed blending until smooth texture.
Auto Settings: Timer: 30 Seconds / Speed: 10

*Caution: lock the measuring cup.

- Serve warm. Store remaining puree in refrigerator up to 48 hours or freezer up to 3 months.

Tips
Make sure your baby has tried each of the ingredient separately before to eliminate allergy issues. Loosen it with formula or breast milk if your baby if necessary. Serve with meat puree/tofu puree to make this a balanced meal.
