INGREDIENTS :
 1 tsp salt
 7 pieces cili padi (reduce for less spicy)
 15 g buah keras
 1 g onion , large
 1 inch fresh turmeric
 50 g cooking oil
 5 g belacan
 2 tsp sugar
 200 g coconut milk
 180 g belimbing buluh, sliced diagonally about 1cm thick
 300 g large prawns, shelled
 1 tsp turmeric powder
 ½ tsp salt to taste

COOKING METHODS :
1

- Place the chili, buah keras and shallots in the mixing jar. Blend until fine texture.
Settings: Timer: 20 Seconds / Speed: 10

- Scrape down with silicon spatula and repeat.

- Add oil and saute.
Settings: Timer: 4 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C

saute until the oil separates (pecah minyak).

- Add belacan, reserved belimbing , sugar and half of the coconut milk (100g).
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C

- Add the remaining of the coconut milk (100g), prawns and salt. Continue to saute.
Settings: Timer: 4 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C

5

Serve hot with rice.
