INGREDIENTS
(A) TUMIS
 3 shallots
 3 garlic
(B)
 3 tbsp cooking oil
 20 g ikan bilis (anchovies) or dried shrimps , washed and soaked
 50 g chicken meat
 ½ onion, sliced
 50 g cabbage, sliced
 50 g carrot, julienned
(C) SAUCE MIXTURE
 200 ml water
 1 ½ tbsp chili paste
 1 ½ tbsp oyster sauce
 1 tbsp dark soy sauce (add 1/2 tbsp if you like darker color)
 ½ tsp salt or to taste
 ½ tsp sugar
(D)
 200 g Mee Hoon (rice vermicelli) / rice vermicelli, soak in water for 15mins
GARNISH
 Fried shallots and cut red chilli

COOKING METHODS:
1

- Place the (A) shallots and garlic in the mixing jar.
Settings: Press TURBO for Timer: 2 Seconds

- Scrape down sides.

- Place ingredients (B) cooking oil, ikan bilis, chicken, onion, cabbage and carrot to saute.
Settings: Timer: 7 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add in ingredients (C) sauce mixture and (D) Mee Hoon.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

4

- Garnish with fried shallot and red chilli, serve warm or cool.

Notes:
- Use blunt blade for more than 300 g Mee Hoon.
