INGREDIENTS :
 2 Lebanese cucumbers, cut lengthways, seeds removed, skin on salt
 400 g Greek style yoghurt
 1 tbsp lemon juice
 ½ tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
 1 clove of garlic
 3 tbsp of fresh mint

COOKING METHODS:

- Place in cucumbers in the mixing jar, press TURBO a couple of times for 2 seconds each time.
Settings: Timer: 2 Seconds

- Tip into simmering basket, sprinkle with salt and place on a plate to catch juice. Set asides for 15 min.

- Place in the garlic and mint in Mixing Jar. Select chop.
Settings: Timer: 10 Seconds / Speed 5

- Add yoghurt and lemon juice. Continue chop.
Settings: Timer: 10 Seconds / Speed 4

- Place the cucumber on a towel and gently squeeze out a bit of the excess water.

- Transfer to a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Chill until ready to use.
