INGREDIENTS :
 4 frozen banana, peeled
 4 cups frozen pineapple, peeled
 4 cups baby spinach
 4 cups water
 6 ice cubes (optional)

PREPARATIONS :

- Peel and cut the banana and pineapple in cube, and place in the refrigerator overnight.

COOKING METHODS :

- Add all the ingredients into mixing jar to blend.
Settings: Timer: 1 Minutes / Speed: 8

- Scrape down the mixing jar.
- Select preset mode R - “SMOOTHIE “ Auto Settings Timer : 30 Seconds / Speed: 10

*Caution: lock the measuring cup.

- Continue to blend until finer texture.
- Select preset mode R - “SMOOTHIE “ Auto Settings Timer : 30 Seconds / Speed: 10

*Caution: lock the measuring cup.

- Serve fresh.
- Some of the juice produces pulp that is full of fiber and goodness. You can always strain the juice for a better texture.
