INGREDIENTS :
 340 g bamboo shoot
 2 tbsp vegetable oil
 2 cloves garlic, minced
 2 inch ginger, minced
 2 tbsp fermented black beans
 1 red chili
 4 Chinese mushrooms
 ½ tsp salt
 1 tsp sesame oil
Marinade
 425 g skinless boneless chicken breast
 1 tbsp soy sauce
 1 tbsp Shao Hsing cooking wine (omit for halal)
 1 tsp corn starch

PREPARATIONS :

- Marinate all the Marinade together for 15 Minutes

COOKING METHODS :

- Add bamboo shoot and water into mixing jar to boil.
Settings: Timer: 10 Minutes / Temperature: 110°C

Notes : No need to close lid cover.
- Remove and drain
- When cool enough to handle, cut into thin slices, then set asides.

- Add oil, garlic, ginger, fermented black beans and red chili into mixing jar to saute.
Settings: Timer: 2 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add marinated chicken, mushrooms, water and bamboo shoots to continue sautes.
Settings: Timer: 5-10 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

Black beans are salty. Add salt only if needed.

- Drizzle sesame oil over the chicken. Transfer out and serve immediately with rice.
