INGREDIENTS :
Marinate
 360 g beef, thinly sliced steak
 3 tbsp soy sauce
 1 tsp brown sugar
Noodles
 212 g noodles
Stir-Fry Sauce
 160 ml chicken stock
 3 tbsp oyster sauce
 3 tbsp dry sherry
 1 tbsp fish sauce
 2 tbsp brown sugar
 ½ tsp dried chili flakes
 2 tsp cornstarch
Stir-Fry the Dish
 3 tbsp vegetable oil
 1 shallot, minced
 5 garlic cloves, chopped
 1 piece ginger
 1 fresh red chili *optional
 1 carrot, sliced
 7 fresh shiitake mushrooms, sliced
 1 red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
 1 small head broccoli
Drizzle
 1 tsp sesame oil
 1 handful fresh basil
 3 lime wedges

COOKING METHODS :

Marinate the Beef
- Slice beef as thinly as you can on the bias (on an angle) and against the grain.
- In a small bowl, stir together the soy sauce and 1 teaspoon brown sugar and pour over beef. Stir well.
- Set-asides.

Noodles
- Soak the noodles for 5 minutes and rinse a few times until the water is clear and noodles have become soft.
- Set-asides.

Stir-Fry Sauce
- In a small bowl, whisk together the chicken stock, oyster sauce, dry sherry, fish sauce, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, and chili flakes.
- Add the cornstarch and whisk to dissolve.
- Set-asides.

Stir-Fry Dish
- Add oil, shallot, garlic, ginger and optional fresh chili into mixing jar to saute.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add in marinated beef into mixing jar to saute.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add a little stir-fry sauce into mixing jar just enough to keep ingredients frying nicely.

- Add the carrots, mushrooms, bell pepper, broccoli and a little more stir-fry sauce if needed. Stir-fry until vegetables have softened but are still bright.
Settings: Timer: 5 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add the reserved noodles into mixing jar, continue cook.
Settings: Timer: 2 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 120°C

- Serve noodles in bowls or on plates. Drizzle a little sesame oil over each portion, then garnish with basil leaves and lime wedges.
