INGREDIENT
(A) Marinade Chicken
 400 g chicken thighs, cut into 3-4cm
 salt
 vinegar
(B)
 7 cloves garlic , chopped
 2 onions, cubed
 1 tbsp green chilli sauce
 1 tbsp chilli sauce or tomato sauce
 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
 1 tbsp vinegar
 4 tbsp sesame oil
 ½ tsp chicken stock powder
(C)
 1 capsicum , cubed
 5 green chillies , sliced lengthwise
 2 tbsp corn starch + 2 tbsp water , mixed
 ½ tsp salt to taste

COOKING METHODS :
1

- Chop chicken into 3cm sized and marinate with little salt and vinegar and refrigerate for 30 minutes

- Place the ingredients (B) and sautes.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C

Notes: Use the chopped garlics or you can press TURBO to chop for 2 seconds

- Add in marinated chicken and all the ingredients (B) seasoning sauces to sauté until golden brown.
Settings: Timer: 15 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C

- Add in capsicum and green chilies to sauté further.
- Pour in the corn starch water into mixing jar at the last 1 min cooking time from measuring cup hole.
Settings: Timer: 2 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature : 120°C
