INGREDIENTS :
(A)
 1 tbsp vegetable oil
 370 g cocktail sausages
(B)
 1 large onion, cubed
 2 large carrots, cut into coins
 2 sticks celery
 ¼ tsp dried thyme
(C)
 1500 ml chicken stock
 225 g mushrooms
 170 g wild rice
 3 medium potatoes, cubed
(D)
 240 ml milk
 salt to taste
 pepper to taste
 2 tbsp cornstarch
 60 ml water

COOKING METHODS :
1

- Add in (A) oil and sausages into mixing jar to saute.
Settings: Timer: 2 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Transfer out and set asides.

- Add in (B) onion, carrots, celery and dried thyme into mixing jar to saute.
Settings: Timer: 3 Minutes / Speed: 1 / Temperature: 120°C

- Add in (C) into (B) to continue boil.
Settings: Timer: 20 Minutes / Speed : 1 / Temperature : 100°C

- Add in the reserved browned sausages into the mixing jar.
- Add in the rest (D) to continue boil.
Settings: Timer: 10 Minutes / Speed : 1 / Temperature : 90°C

- Stir in cornstarch mixture to thicken soup.

- Serve warm with crusty bread.
