INGREDIENTS :
 75 g butter
 30 g honey
 75 g wholemeal flour
 1 tsp baking powder
 75 g porridge oats
 50 g caster sugar
 30 ml milk
 50 g desiccated coconut
 50 g raisins or dried cranberries

COOKING METHODS :

- Pre Heat the oven 180°C. Prepare a large tray with greaseproof paper.
Settings: Temperature: 180°C

- Place the butter and honey in the mixing jar to melt.
Settings: Timer: 2 Minutes / Speed: 2 / Temperature: 60°C

- Add the whole meal flour, baking powder, porridge oats, caster sugar, milk, desiccated coconut and raisins and mix. Increase speed if you prefer the oat biscuits little finer.
Settings: Timer: 10 Seconds / Speed: 4-5

- Use a tablespoon of the mixture between your hands and roll into a ball. Place onto the baking tray and flatten with a fork. Repeat.

Bake
- Bake for 15-20 min @ 190°C until golden brown but still soft.
Settings : Timer: 15-20 Minutes / Temperature: 180°C

- Remove and leave on a wire cooling rack to cool before storing in a biscuit tin. Serve or store in a cookie jar for up to 1 month.
