INGREDIENTS :
 50 g parmesan cheese cut into chunks
 500 ml water
 250 g frozen broad beans
 1 clove garlic, peeled
 Fresh basil leaves, handful
 1 spring onion, cut into halves
 1 sprig fresh mint, leaves only
 1 avocado, flesh only
 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
 Pinch of Salt
 Freshly ground black pepper
Garnish
 1 tbsp pepita, sunflower and pine nut mix
 30 g Danish Feta

COOKING METHODS :
1

- Place in parmesan cheese and select chop.
Settings: Timer: 10 Seconds / Speed 8

- Set asides.

- Fill up water in the mixing jar, put beans in simmering basket and place into the mixing jar.
Settings: Timer: 8 Minutes / Speed: 4 / Temperature: 100°C

- Remove simmering basket, run beans under the tap water to cool. Then remove broad beans skin. Set asides.

- Place in beans, garlic, basil, onions, mint, and avocado into mixing jar then chop.
Settings: Timer: 6 Seconds / Speed 7

- Add lemon juice, salt and pepper and continue chop.
Settings: Timer: 3 Seconds / Speed 5

- Place in a bowl and stir in parmesan. Set asides to cool and then serve with bread.
