INGREDIETNS:
 300 g anchovies (ikan bilis)
 2 tbsp sea salt

COOKING METHODS:
1

- Rinse the anchovies (ikan bilis) in a few changes of water. This will reduce the excess saltiness.

- After washing the anchovies (ikan bilis) , pat dry on paper towels and arrange them one flat layer on a baking tray.
Tips: For best results, allow to air dry before baking in the oven

- Bake the anchovies (ikan bilis) in the oven for about 10 – 15 minutes , until the anchovies (ikan bilis) have just turned a light brown (see the photo).
- Then use a spatula to stir and spread them evenly.

- Return to oven and continue baking for another 10 minutes, or until the anchovies (ikan bilis) turn a shade of golden brown.

- Place into mixing jar Settings: Timer: 1 Minutes / Speed: 10
or select SMOOTHIES mode repeat once

* Ensure your mixing jar is clean and dry
* Lock the measuring cup

- Add sea salt
- Long press TURBO 2-3 seconds intervals until texture is fine enough

- Keep powder in jar and in fridge. Use as seasoning.
